7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfiniteRCM shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Damages from system failures or data loss
- Our total liability limited to 12 months of fees paid

9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to services immediately for any breach of these Terms.
You may terminate your agreement by providing 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your right to use services will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States without regard to conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be provided via email or website. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
